Move and copy

Make a selection to move or copy a section of the pattern to another region.

Vertical movement

Because of how mosaic crochet works, a section can only be moved up or down by an even number of rows.

Move and add / Copy and add

By default, dropping a section onto another region replaces what's there. The Move and add and Copy and add options instead merge the moved or copied section with the existing pattern, as if the section were transparent — the underlying stitches show through wherever the section doesn't draw over them.
